Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
